Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. Your final product is guaranteed satisfactory and to work as desired.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Absolutely. Your privacy is very important to me. It is in my best interest to keep your information 100% confidential.

Will my custom program be easy to use?

Yes. Your custom program will be extremely user-friendly. It will work around your needs, follow your routines, and know your rules.  Should you find anything difficult or inconvenient about your program, I will be very glad to revise it until you are totally satisfied.

Will my database program support multiple users?

Yes. Your database program can be shared on the network, and new and updated information entered by one user is immediately available to other users.

How long does the whole process take?

An average size program takes about a couple of weeks. The actual length of the process depends on the size and complexity of your project.

What if I think something can be done easier but don’t know exactly how?

Don't worry. Just speak out your thoughts and expectations, and I will figure out the solution for you. I will analyze your information, ask questions, and give you ideas.

Can additional features be added to my custom program in the future?

Yes. Your data needs and requirements may change, and I will be glad to assist you in that matter.

What software will I need to run my custom Access database?

Since your custom database will be developed on Microsoft Access, you will need to have Microsoft Access, preferably version 2010 or higher, installed on your computer. You may download the free Access 2016 Runtime Version.

What programming language do you use?

I use the Visual Basic for Application (VBA) programming language.

How do you work with and support distant clients?

Please be advised that we can work together regardless of your location, as communication via phone, fax, email, and web meeting/remote desktop is sufficient for projects of any size and complexity. I can walk you through your custom program by connecting to and controlling your computer remotely, and therefore your physical location will make no difference at all in our collaboration.
